Being Wellness Terms of Service
- You agree to hold Being Wellness, Synergetic Web Creations
and all their employees, officers, vendors, members and affiliates
harmless for any damage that may be caused by Being Wellness
carrying out or attempting to carry out its service.
- You agree to Being Wellness’s privacy
policy and understand that Being Wellness will not intentionally
make your personal information, including email address(es)
available to any outside party.
- You agree the Being Wellness may send you emails about their
services. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
- You agree that if Being Wellness cannot contact you to verify
your listing that Being Wellness may remove your listing from
their online directory.
- You agree that your training and credentials qualify you to
offer the services that you are listing on Being Wellness.
- You agree not to misuse the Being Wellness service or use
it for any other purpose other than what it was intended for.
- You agree that Being Wellness may remove your listing at any
time for violation of these terms of service without refund
of fees paid.
- You agree that Being Wellness can suspend or cancel your membership
at any time for any reason with refund of dues paid for unused
services (except in the case of a violation of these terms of
service).
- You agree that Being Wellness does not refund fees if you
cancel your account within a given pay period once that pay
period has been paid for and has begun, even if services have
been unused.
- You agree that Being Wellness may modify the terms and conditions
of this Agreement or the prices of its services, as well as
discontinue or change the services offered at any time without
prior notice. You will be bound by the modified Agreement, prices
and/or policies if you choose to use the services. Furthermore,
Being Wellness retains the right to change any or all of its
Policies, Terms of Service, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without
notification.
- You agree to Being Wellness's privacy
policy and understand that Being Wellness will not intentionally
make your personal information, including email address(es)
available to any outside party.
- You agree that if any provision in this agreement is held
to be unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not render
the remaining provisions of this agreement unenforceable.
- You agree that In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation
will be in San Francisco county, California.
- You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and able to
enter into a legal contract.
- You agree that use of Being Wellness’s services is at
your sole risk.
- You agree that Being Wellness does not refund payments except
under Being Wellness’s sole discretion on a case by case
basis.
- You agree that Being Wellness, its agents, affiliates, licensors
or the like, do not represent or warrant, expressly or impliedly,
that our services will not be interrupted or error free; neither
do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained
from the use of Being Wellness.
- You agree that Being Wellness may charge your credit card
if that is your choice of payment on a monthly or quarterly
basis. You are responsible for knowing your renewal date and
canceling your account before the renewal date if you wish to
cancel. Once a payment is received you agree that Being Wellness
reserves the right to refund that payment only under Being Wellness’s
sole discretion.
